Lalena is a rare Leaucadia native and has deep roots here in Southern California. She grew up with a passion for therapeutic healing searched near and far for unique techniques to relax the mind, body and soul. With 15 years of experience, she knows our bodies work hard to get us through the day and is committed to helping you resolve your aches and pains so you can live a fuller, more active life.

She is a wife and a mother who loves the nature and passionate about hiking, camping and spends half of her time in her Mexico Beach house.

She invites you to join her in her quaint yet peaceful spa where you can feel the costal salty breeze of Southern Pacific Ocean.
